Are you a notary office?
We are the organizing layer: MySwissNotary (ABC Office) prepares, routes and delivers, while every certification, legalization and deed is performed by licensed Swiss partner notaries. You get one interlocutor and the notary’s full legal effect.
Which services work fully remotely?
Certified copies AND signature legalizations. Copies: upload a clear PDF or photo. Signatures (and powers of attorney): sign at home, mail the original with a signed ID copy — the notary verifies your identity by phone and legalizes. Only life certificates, travel consents, declarations and authentic deeds still involve an appointment.
How do appointments work?
After your order we contact you within one business day and book the notary — in Crissier or with a partner near you. The file is prepared in advance, so the appointment itself typically takes 10–15 minutes.
How fast is it?
