How fast can I have it?
Remote acts (certified copies): 1–2 business days from your upload. By post (signatures and powers of attorney): 1–2 business days from the day your envelope reaches us. Will the authority accept a scan, or does it have to be the paper original?
Assume paper unless they told you otherwise in writing. We send you the scan by e-mail the moment the act is sealed so you can check the spelling and start whatever depends on it, but the sealed original travels to you by registered mail and that is what almost every authority ends up asking for.
What if my document is not in the right language?
A certified translation is often needed, and the order of operations matters: some authorities want the apostille on the translation, others on the original. Tell us the receiving body at checkout and we sequence it correctly the first time.
