A power of attorney lets someone act in your name — sell, sign, collect, represent. Its power comes from one thing: a signature nobody can dispute.
A special POA covers one defined act (sell this flat, open this account) and is what most authorities prefer; a general POA delegates broadly and deserves caution. We provide clean standard wordings for both.
Foreign registries, banks and courts accept a POA because a Swiss notary certified your signature on it. That certification requires one short appointment — which we arrange and prepare.
Add the apostille (Hague countries) or consular legalization in the same order; where the receiving country requires a translation, the sworn translation can be certified and apostilled too.
A POA lives until revoked. Keep a copy, note the holder, and revoke in writing when the mission ends — we can legalize the revocation the same way.
